NOTE: This can only be done from the Master ScreenName login.
Once you are inside your mailbox, click on Spam Controls, which is located below your incomming messages
Then either :
1) Select "Allow mail from all senders" and click Save
and/or
2) Have blocked mail "Delivered to the Spam Folder" and click Save
Then, be sure to check your spam folder for your confirmation email(s).
